Vincent M. Ibelli, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Ibelli practices Family Medicine specializing in hypertension, lipidology and holistic integrative medicine at his Tappan office. Dr. Ibelli is board-certified in Family Medicine. Fluent in Italian, he earned his medical doctorate from the University of Rome in Rome, Italy. Noble Jacob, MD

Noble Jacob, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician with Highland Medical, Orangetown Family Practice in Tappan, NY. A lifelong Rockland County resident, Dr. Jacob has been providing comprehensive primary care to patients in his community for more than a decade.

Dr. Jacob earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of the Americas in Charlestown, Nevis, and completed his Family Medicine residency at New York Medical College at Saint Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers, New York, where he served as Chief Resident.

Since entering practice in 2014, Dr. Jacob has cared for patients in a variety of healthcare settings, including primary care, urgent care, telemedicine, and post-acute care. His diverse clinical background has allowed him to care for patients of all ages while managing both acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions. He has more than six years of telemedicine experience and has served in clinical leadership roles focused on improving quality of care, physician support, and healthcare delivery.

Dr. Jacob believes in building lasting relationships with his patients through compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized care. He is committed to preventive medicine, helping patients achieve their long-term health goals, and partnering with them to make informed decisions about their health.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Jacob enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, hiking, camping, softball and cheering on the New York Knicks.

Amareswari Kadiyam, MD

Amareswari Kadiyam, MD is a board-certified Family Physician at Highland Medical, Orangetown Family Practice in Tappan, NY.

She received her medical doctorate from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Kadiyam completed her internship and residency at Rutgers- RWJSMS at Capital Health in Trenton, NJ, where she was Intern and Resident of the year.

Dr. Kadiyam has been providing care as a physician in an urgent care clinic for the past seven years. She holds professional memberships to the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
